Kennedy was born in 2005. He is the third born in a family of six children. He is a partial orphan whose mother passed away in 2011after suffering from severe TB.  She left him and his siblings under the care of their father who is the sole breadwinner.

After his mother’s death Kennedy and his siblings moved to stay with their paternal aunt because his father was also sick and could not take care of them. Since then, his father has not remarried. Even though Kennedy’s father is the bread winner, he is a drunkard and has nothing much to offer them.  This is why Kennedy along with his siblings are staying with their aunt.
 
Their life here has not been easy as their aunt is elderly and is not able to do much.  She depends on her children to feed her and those staying with her. Because of his circumstances Kennedy’ academic performance was very affected.

At home Kennedy sleeps in a grass thatched house on a mat and covers himself with an old blanket.

Kennedy was enrolled in GGCC in January 2014.  Kennedy is so happy to be in GGCC where he can learn and eat well. He loves playing football and he would like to be become an administrator when he grows up.
