Phidelia is an only child. Her father died after a long illness; her mother died not long after. Phidelia now lives with her paternal grandmother who is a subsistence farmer.

Phidelia is very withdrawn but has begun to brighten up as a result of living with many children who can identify with her loss at such a tender age.

Phidelia would like to be a teacher. She joined GGCC in January 2013.

Update Dec 2017-

On breaks, Phidelia stays with her uncle who is a fisherman and works hard to provide for Phidelia. Phidelia placed 33rd out of 60 students in her class. She loves her English class and hopes to teach it one day to children like her.
