School Grade 12

Masden comes from Kitawi village, Wakinga sub location Mfangano East location. He is the first born child in a family of four children.  Masden’s father died in 2012, leaving Masden and his siblings under the care of their mother whose only form of income is selling vegetables and other small items in small quantities.  Their family was also left without shelter after the father’s death. Later on, she was able to put up a small iron-roofed, mud-wall house. Masden’s mother does her best, but she struggles to provide for both the basic and educational needs of her children

Masden has two brothers and a half sister. Vivian Anyango who is in grade four at Usare primary school and the younger one Marlon who is in grade one at Star life Academy. 

Masden was enrolled in GGCC in January 2015 and after taking interview was found to fit grade 3.  He is so happy to join GGCC and to be part of GGCC family.

Masden is very hopeful and promises to work hard in school. He loves the school environment and his best subject is science. His dream career is to become an Engineer. His hobby is reading story books and playing soccer.

Masden has placed 17th out of 60 students.
